Relax and enjoy while your child is playing in a fully heated and cooled premises all year round.

Rules and Policies:

Kids Fun Town is an unsupervised play area. You are solely responsible for your children. We are not responsible for injuries that occur due to unsafe play or inappropriate use of the equipment.

No food, drinks, gum or candy allowed in the play area. Snacks and beverages must be consumed in Funtown party room.

We are not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal property.

For your safety, security cameras are installed around the facility.

Please ensure you and your child are free of illness before visiting us.

We are a nut-free environment. No peanuts or nut products are allowed on the premises. Even though we are a nut-free facility, we do not guarantee to be peanut or nut free.

Kids Fun Town WAIVERS:

I understand and acknowledge that the use of the facilities at Kids Fun town involved risks including, but not limited to the following: any type of bodily injury including but not limited to permanent disability, paralysis, and death.  – I am choosing to use the facilities at my own risk as well as my child’s.  hereby waive any protections afforded by any statute or law in any jurisdiction whose purpose and/or effect is to provide that this waiver is invalid, limited or inapplicable and therefore I am releasing unknown future claims. I enter into this agreement for myself and child(ren) and agree to bind my heirs, assigns, and legal representatives. By signing this agreement. Kids Fun Town cannot guarantee that you or your child(ren) will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, attending the facility could increase your risk and your child(ren)’s risk of contracting COVID-19. I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending the Business and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at the Business may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to my child(ren) or myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I or my child(ren) may experience or incur in connection with my child(ren)’s attendance at the Business or participation in Business programming (“Claims”). On my behalf, and on behalf of my children, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the Business, its employees, , and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating there to. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the Business, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any Business program.
